Service Description

Host your party or gathering in our newly renovated Banquet Hall on the First Floor of our building. This room can fit up to 160 guests comfortably and features a full working kitchen and bar. Spread out with plenty of tables & chairs and a stage for a DJ, Projection Screen or anything you can think of! *Union Beach Fire Co. #1 will provide tables, chairs and 1 custodian. *The Hall Rental is 4 hours + 2 hours to setup. Additional time is available at a rate of $100/hour. The premises must be vacated within 30 minutes after the end of the rental time. *NO TAPE OR ADHESIVE is permitted to be used on any of the the painted surfaces in the hall. Once sternos / heating devices are being used, the RENTER is responsible for having a representative from their event present. *A Refundable Security deposit of $100.00 is required at time of booking. The security deposit will be returned within 30 days after the rental and contingent that the hall is left in satisfactory condition. Price for rental less security deposit is $450. *The Full amount of the hall rental is due on the day of the event.
